Elegant and rich, with maritime and citrus notes, intertwined with a gentle smoke. Hints of musty coastal warehouses, saline air, and industrial soot, alongside tropical fruits like guava, lime, and mango. Underlying notes of toasted juniper, lemon drops, pineapple, red apple, heather, and burnt caramel, with cedar wood and subtle spices.
Palate
Light-bodied yet bold and powerful, with gentle industrial and coastal elements. Sweet, creamy fruits, salt, and citrus are present, along with metallic notes, rusted iron, coal soot, and tar. Added smoke, quince, grape skins, coffee toffee, mocha, peppered apples, walnuts, tea, bitter lettuce, and chicory. The peat provides a delicate firmness, embracing sweet and fruity notes.
Finish
Medium-length, with a kiss of salt and creamy fruit. A flourish of pepper and paprika, sweet liquorice, and a hint of lilac soap, with lingering smoke, salt, citrus, and spices.
