Nose
The sherry finish is fairly evident with lots of raisins and nutty notes, pickles, and smoked cherries. The peat comes across mostly as smoked meats and isn't particularly aggressive.
Palate
Pig candy, dates, raspberry jam, liquorice, and smoke that reminds of slightly burnt herbs.
Finish
Good length spicy chilli finish with a little ash lingering on the tip of the tongue.
