A bouquet of flavours: coastal breezes and smoky chargrilled lemons are followed by an indulgent dessert of saltwater taffy, which boasts a delicate hint of lily of the valley.
Palate
Honey-glazed pork is barbecued on charcoal; undertones of caramel ice cream come through with a layer of maple syrup. Floral notes of rosewater abound just beneath the surface.
Finish
A medium-to-long smoky-kindling finish, gently ashy with a sprinkling of white pepper and a layer of toffee sweetness, or a very light and refreshing malt.
