This 9-year-old Caol Ila from Signatory Vintage, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2025, is a distinctive Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky. It underwent a 2nd Fill Chardonnay Butt Finish, resulting in a combination of classic Islay peat smoke with fresh fruit and elegant wine notes. Bottled at a robust 58.4% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and has natural color. This limited single cask release yielded 380 bottles.
