Nose
Very bready and malty with beach bonfire, maritime notes of seawater and seashells, lemon, apples, pepper, and iodine. Lightly peated with vanilla, seaweed, sea salt, grassy notes, minerals, and grapefruit.
Palate
Fatty texture with old-school soot, petrol, smoked kippers, and ashy notes. Medicinal touches, herbal tea, and grapefruits. Intense smoke, ash, bread, seawater, lemon, apple, and pepper. Subtle peat, vanilla, caramel fudge, white chocolate, pink grapefruit, briny notes, white pepper, and ginger.
Finish
Long and very ashy with brine and black pepper. Big wood smoke, ash, lemon, seawater, and pepper. Mid-long to long with vegetal peat, minerals, white pepper, ginger, pink grapefruit, and green apples.
