This whisky is called “Unbridled joy” and comes from a Refill Bourbon Hogshead. It offers sweet vanilla peat, with notes of new make in the smell, and mellow Islay peat in the taste. The finish brings seaweed and faint hints of licorice root. It's described as a nice and young burst of Caol Ila peat, where sweetness and peat overwhelm the youthfulness.
