A Tasmanian single malt whisky from Captain Bligh's Brewery and Distillery in Hobart, Tasmania. Named after HMS Providence, which Captain William Bligh commanded on his second breadfruit voyage in 1791, the whisky is matured in the distillery's own craft beer casks (including Project X strong black ale casks) and bottled at 47% ABV.
