Palate
Sweet and smooth with notes of toffee, caramel, honey, ripe fruits (pear, apple), vanilla, and gentle spice (pepper, cinnamon). Underlying oak and a hint of soft peat/smoke.
Finish
Medium to long, sweet and spicy, with lingering notes of honey, oak, and a dry, smoky, malty touch of peat.
