This is an independent bottling from Càrn Mòr, part of their Strictly Limited series. Distilled in 2014 at Highland Park (under the pseudonym Whitlaw), this 7-year-old single malt was matured with a finishing period in STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) casks and bottled in 2022. There were 1,603 bottles released.

Palate
Fresh baked apple pie and cream, sweet apple crumble with maple syrup, all spice, salted caramel, tangy citrus, soft peat smoke, hints of heather, vanilla, chocolate fudge, ground oats, brown sugar, and toasted oak with creamy vanilla and baking spice.
Finish
Oily oak, spiced fruit buns, slightly vegetal peat with lingering prickles of pepper.
