Description

A bottle of Carpathian Single Malt Whisky from Romania, part of the Romanian Wine Cask Collection. This expression was initially matured in a first fill Bourbon cask before finishing in a Feteasca Neagra Romanian wine cask. It was bottled in 2023 at 40% ABV. This is bottle 03734 of 20024 from a small batch of 36 casks. Distilled, matured, and bottled at the Alexandrion Saber 1789 Distillery near the Carpathian Mountains, using 100% Romanian malted barley and pure Sub-Carpathian water. It is a limited edition, non-chill filtered, and has natural color.
