Cedar Ridge Nine and Three Quarters Small Batch Straight Rye Whiskey is an official bottling from Cedar Ridge Distillery in Swisher, Iowa. Aged for 9 years (with barrels aged up to 9 years and 9 months) in new American oak char #3 barrels, it is crafted from a mash bill of 85% rye, 12% corn, and 3% malted barley, and bottled at 115 proof (57.5% ABV).
