A 5-year-old Haitian Vieux Sajous rum made from Cristalline sugarcane at Distillerie Chelo in Saint-Michel de l’Attalaye, pot-stilled in 2020 and aged tropically. The release is a blend of barrels previously holding rum and whisky, bottled at natural strength.
