Nose
Intense, with roots, toast, vanilla, almonds, and light fruit. Also notes of indulging creaminess, vanilla custard, egg tart, ripe fruits, a pinch of chilli, and sichimi powder.
Palate
Light malt and coconuts on the initial and back palate. Bursting with honey and honeydew, incredibly sweet with apple nectar and a momentary dryness from wood. Slightly gingery on the back palate with more honey and malt.
Finish
ABV numbness, honey-coated tongue, and a sweet, Chichibu toast style. Lovely finish with honey and menthol.
