Nose
Bright, fruity and with a hint of Greek yoghurt initially. Tropical hints of tinned pineapple, guava and passion fruit appear, as well as a touch of chalk and white pepper. A whiff of honey and a slight herbaceous note alongside ripe bananas.
Palate
Proper buttery texture with lively tropicality. Honey, maltose candy, vibrant pink guavas, concentrated with precision and crystalline roundedness. Light savouriness of charred meats, white pepper, and herbaceous coriander, creating a multi-dimensional profile.
Finish
Medium to long. Savouriness carries through, trading places with green guava peels, coaxed in maltose candy. Light touches of white pepper and coriander, leading to a seamless finish with peppery savouriness lingering. Oak plays a slightly bigger role, with a hint of coconut and aniseed, but fruity notes remain.
