Ashy peat blended with honeyed malt and soft candied oranges, subtle cardamom. Peat smoke, vanilla-caramel, light citrus, oak spice.
Palate
Big with spicy peat. Subtle lemon and tart berries, white pepper. Driving peat, creamy vanilla, toasted oak, orchard fruit, warming spice.
Finish
Long and spicy, sharp peat and oaky tannins, soft candied ginger and musty hops. Long, smoky-sweet “sweet peat” glow.
