Description

Ichiro's Malt Chichibu Distillery II represents the inaugural single malt release from Chichibu's second distillery, which commenced distillation in 2019. Produced using direct-fired Forsyths copper pot stills and fermented in French oak washbacks, this lightly peated malt whisky was matured primarily in ex-bourbon casks and bottled non-chill filtered at 55.5% ABV.
