- Gentle scents of vanilla cream, soft cheeses, light farmhouse sourness, and sliced peaches. Apricots, caramel popcorn, lemon zest, light honey, pear, caramel nougat, and oak.
- Palate
- Punchy and intense with spiced honey, farm-y funkiness of soft cheese, hay, old wood cellars, Szechuan peppercorn tingle, gingerbread, vanilla, and black pepper.
- Finish
- Smoked vanilla cream, lightly sour cheese curds, elegant, cohesive, rounded, with a long, nice warmth. Medium bodied with honey and black pepper.
