Delicate tropical fruits, pineapple, citrus, earthy and creamy vanilla, dark chocolate, cacao nibs, orchard fruit compote, sweet honey, sweet peppery spices, fine smoke, eucalyptus, manuka honey, sourness of overripe orchard fruit skins, medicinal touch of dried ginseng and camphor.
Palate
Full and elegant, fruity and rich, tropical notes, smoky chocolate, creamy vanilla, green tea, ginger, sweetness, cooked fruits, baked apple, honey, spices (cinnamon, white pepper), toasted and spicy scent, smooth and balanced.
Finish
Medium to long, fruitiness turns to citrus (oranges, orange zest), pineapple, banana, oakiness, persistent, sweet apple, fine smoke, gentle warmth, Islay-like medicinal touch, slight salinity and soot, burst of honey and cream on peaches, custard pudding, long, delicate and complex.
