The release explores the connection between iconic Parisian and Tokyo neighborhoods—featuring Montmartre alongside Asakusa—with label artwork styled like postage stamps paying homage to Japanese kawaii culture. It is vatted from 17 casks, including virgin French oak, ex-sherry Spanish oak, ex-Bordeaux red wine French oak, American oak hogshead, bourbon barrels, and ex-peated bourbon barrels.

Oily, richly peaty, lemony, and peppery, evolving towards honeyed and waxy registers, becoming increasingly indulgent with toast, barley porridge, mirabelle plum, and damson.
Finish
Long and concentrated with recurring malty tones refreshed by flavors of gentian, mint, eucalyptus, and sage, rounded out by bourbon vanilla.
