This Clonakilty Single Batch Irish Whiskey is a meticulously crafted blend of 8-year-old grain and 10-year-old triple-distilled malt whiskey. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in virgin American oak and shaved, toasted, and re-charred ex-red wine Bordeaux casks (NEOC - New Era of Cask). Produced on the rugged southern coast of Ireland, this non-chill filtered whiskey reflects the influence of sea air, oak, and time.
