Description

The Clydeside Distillery, one of the newest members of Morrison ownership, is one of several to drive the resurrection of malt whisky production in Glasgow. Opening in late 2017 in the restored old Queens Dock pumphouse, the still room has beautiful views along the Clyde. The Clydeside Napier is the distillery's second core range bottling, named in honor of Robert Napier, famously regarded as the 'Father of Clyde Shipbuilding'. It is a characterful Lowland malt, matured for at least 6 years in Oloroso sherry casks, bottled at 46% ABV, with no added color and non-chill filtered.
