Nose
A vibrant bouquet of orange blossom and zest, leading into mandarin syrup, with a waxy mouthfeel and antique copper. Notes of sweet pastries, spicy cinnamon, sea spray, lemon balm, thick whipped cream, cocoa nibs, and a faint hint of freshly chopped pineapple. A weighty, waxy feeling with rye-like spice, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and clove.
Palate
Rich and oily with citrus, boiled sweets, buttery pastry, and cooking spices. A mixture of mango puree, lime juice, sweet white sugar, and a rum-like quality, akin to a mango daiquiri. Oily malt and waxy fruit are prominent.
Finish
Long with a lingering texture of syrup and thick marmalade. Continues with tropical fruits, guava, and a little grapefruit.
