Palate
Salted butter on toasted teacakes, toasted sesame seeds and grilled pineapple. Thick, waxy, and oily texture with citrus-forward lemon curd and lime zest, transitioning to mineral oil, candle wax, brine, creamy vanilla custard, almond milk, sharp white pepper, and ginger spice.
Finish
Biscuity and enjoyably sweet with clove and cinnamon. Long, warming, and waxy, lingering with salted butter on toast, dried herbs, and a zesty burst of lemon peel.
