Nose
Delicate, fine, and sweet with vanilla wood and silky malt presence. Rich and aromatic, very floral, with stewed peaches, Turkish delights, sultanas, tarte tatin, maple syrup, damp earth, and whiffs of cigars wetted with cognac. Pears poached in white wine.
Palate
Explodes with fine wood and a grand, impactful structure. Extremely fine and delicate despite its high intensity. Licorice, tar, malty sweetness, and floral notes merge into a voluminous core aroma. Ample, complex, and harmonious.
Finish
Candied lemon and orange peels, plum compote, dried dates and plums, fresh vanilla pods, milk chocolate, and caramel are present in the nutty aftertaste. Fruity, round, graceful, and very long.
