Description

Compass Box Glasgow Blend is a full-bodied blended Scotch whisky, introduced in 2014 as part of the Great King Street range. It is crafted with 33% Lowland grain whisky and 67% malt whisky from the Highlands, Speyside, and Islay, aged in a combination of first-fill and refill ex-bourbon barrels, first-fill Sherry casks, and a small portion finished in new French oak. It is known for its bold, peaty, and sherried character, paying homage to the historical preference of Glaswegians for fuller-bodied and more flavour-packed whiskies. It is bottled at natural color and is non-chill filtered.
