Nose
Silky and sultry, with soft vanilla, Earl Grey tea creme brulee, savory hints of pork belly, mouth-watering gentle peat, salted caramel, Manuka honey, and a touch of beeswax.
Palate
Rich, fruity, and smoky with building spice, rich dried fruits (apricots, pineapple, raisins, figs), dark chocolate, cocoa powder, beeswax, and more indulgent Earl Grey infused creme brulee. The grain adds a silky backbone that contrasts with a touch of pork belly and soft ashy peat.
Finish
Coating, creamy, and decadent, with lingering light of fading spices, genteel ashy smoke, and soft fruits. Also notes of ginger, lemongrass, and Ranier cherry.
