Nose
Fresh and subtle, lifted by sea-breeze salinity, green barley, liquorice, vanilla, candied lemon and Williams pear. With time in the glass, deeper notes of cedar, clove, balsam and acacia honey emerge.
Palate
Silky, ample and elegantly oily. Tropical fruits (pineapple, banana), beeswax and honey unfold into chamomile and verbena before drifting toward reed, rush and soft coconut.
Finish
Rich and concentrated. The peat becomes more liquorice-forward, joined by eucalyptus, aniseed, samphire, sea kale and delicate vegetal notes.
