Nose
Aggressive peat smoke rolls forward immediately, layered with fruity caramel and cocoa. Behind the initial wave, geranium, roasted nuts, and a mild black pepper spice emerge.
Palate
A powerful entry hits the palate with a flash of sweetness—rich floral honey and sweet toffee—before a full body of brown spices and mossy peat takes hold at mid-palate. Green bell pepper and moderate smokiness build steadily, with a dense, oily texture.
Finish
Long and layered, the finish dries slowly with notes of dried flowers, caramel, and roasted grain. A faint iodine quality lingers at the tail end.
