Description

Opened in 1894 as the fourth of Dufftown's renowned seven stills, at the heart of Speyside, the Convalmore distillery rarely saw its waxy, fruity whisky bottled as a single malt. Almost entirely dedicated to blending whiskies, its production was halted in 1909 due to a fire. The distillery was expanded in 1964 but was mothballed in 1985.
