Description
Welcome to the Cask Series of whiskies; a collection of unique expressions, each celebrating the marriage of our distinctive spirit with specially selected, individual casks. For this expression, we selected a new French oak cask for the first 5 months of maturation, before transferring to a small, first-fill Armagnac cask for the remainder of the maturation period. The entire cask has been disgorged and bottled at cask strength, without chill-filtration or colouring. Each of the 139 bottles has been hand-filled and individually numbered. This is the first publicly available, double matured whisky to be launched from the distillery.
