Description

Founded in 2018, Cooper King Distillery is a self-built, sustainable whisky and gin distillery in Sutton-on-the-Forest, York, inspired by a trip to Tasmania. This 'First Edition' is the distillery's inaugural publicly available whisky, and notably, England's first whisky distilled using net-zero energy. It is part of their Expedition Series and was bottled in 2023.
