Copper Fox Rye is a Virginia rye whiskey made from a mash of approximately two-thirds rye and one-third hand-malted barley, kiln-dried with applewood and cherrywood smoke, double pot-distilled, and matured in ex-bourbon barrels with toasted apple wood and oak-chip infusions.
