Description

Nestled in the idyllic Cotswolds region of England, sits the eponymous distillery. They have been producing fine spirits since 2014. This release was bottled to celebrate King Charles III's Coronation in May 2023. This expression was distilled in 2018 and was put down to mature in a single first-fill ex-bourbon cask for 5 years. It is part of a limited release of 175 bottles and was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 55.6% ABV.
