Description

A cask strength English single malt whisky from The Cotswolds Distillery, the Founder's Choice is matured exclusively in STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) American oak red wine barriques. These highly active casks were designed by the late Dr. Jim Swan. This small batch release is non-chill filtered and has natural coloring, offering a rich and intense character with notes of toffee, oak, and red fruits. Production commenced in 2014, and this release is one of 2500 bottles.
