Complex and deeply wooded with fruity top notes of pear, Ogen melon, green banana, pineapple, orange, and crystallized honey. Also hints of soft leather, sanded wood, furniture polish, vanilla custard, oak shavings, moss, sweet nectarines, beeswax, and crème brûlée.
Palate
Creamy-smooth texture, rich sweetness balanced by a savory, drying mid-palate. Notes of bright wood, pineapple, grapefruit, honey, lemon peel, white chocolate, spicy ginger, a whisper of smoke, nougat, sharp citrus, red apple, toasted cereal, caramel drizzle, peaches, plums, apricots, mango, and chili pepper.
Finish
Long, velvety, spicy-dry, with notes of chili-spiced, oak, pine, grass, white pepper, beeswax, orange marmalade, and gentle spices. Tannic but not bitter.
