Palate
Firm and sweet with smoky undertones, fruitiness, malt, and oak. Intriguingly layered with honey, espresso, cinnamon, rich red liquorice, black grapes, and orange peel.
Finish
Medium to long, dry-ish, with honey, a touch of smoke, and fine oaky expressions ranging from bananas and vanilla to cocoa. Also notes of balsamic vinegar, pears, port wine, and smoked almonds.
