Nose
Sweet and malty, fruitier and juicier than the regular bottling, with a hint of smoke. Bright florals, sweet spice, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, bubblegum, and apple.
Palate
Firm and sweet, with smoky undertones and fruitiness. Malt, oak, sugar, apple, port, peat, white pepper, fresh-pressed olive oil, and a hint of earth and turf. Intriguingly layered.
Finish
Medium to long and dry, with fine expressions of oakiness from bananas and vanilla to cocoa. Spice, sugar, port, grain, gentle oak spices, dry tannins, beeswax, and sweet cereals.
