Palate
oily, full-bodied, and full of character - the typical, slightly meaty Craigellachie style is clearly evident and is fruitily complemented by the Madeira maturation - roasted almonds, candied orange peel, and raisins combine with malt sugar, a pleasant acidity, and subtle oak spice - a strong, yet well-balanced texture remains on the palate.
