Nose
fresh, dirty and clean, with hints of asphalt, tar, sweat, mud, clean bourbon cask smell, lemons, hay, fruity, and a bit of pepper.
Palate
Sweet, with notes of Kirsch, mocha, spicy but not woody, apples, and a perfect sweetness that is not sickeningly sugary.
Finish
Has great staying power, though slightly unbalanced.
