Nose
Clean, with fruit, baked goods, spice, and a hint of vegetal notes. Some sharp, chemical-like qualities, but also baking pies and subtle Middle Eastern spices. Creamy vanilla, ripe banana, caramel, crisp apple, and warming baking spices.
Palate
Sugar cookies, peppermint, and subtle teaberry, with a little punch on the mid-palate. Darker in character with spiced baked goods (apple pie crust with cinnamon) and fruity sweetness. Initial vanilla and cream notes with light banana, nut hints, and emerging cinnamon spice.
Finish
Warming and pleasantly spicy, with a tree root-like character. Bold, satisfying, long, and warming.
