Description

The Crown Royal Noble Collection is a series of finished and limited release whiskies that celebrate the skilled craftsmanship of their blenders and distillers. This second expression in the Noble Collection is a rich, flavorful Blended Canadian Whisky, finished in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels. The result is a whisky with a new character that is still unmistakably Crown Royal. It is uniquely rich, full-bodied and sweetly whisky, finished in new American oak and Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from California.

Palate
Caramel and butterscotch lead, joined quickly by red grape, dark berry, and prune. The wine cask influence is clear without overwhelming the base whisky, building through plum, raisin, and a soft layer of vanilla cream.
Finish
Spicy and lingering with oak, anise, and clove, balanced by lingering dark fruit and a final touch of butterscotch sweetness.
