Description

Daftmill 2009 15 Year Old Fife Strength is an exceptional Lowland single malt made using Optic Barley grown in the distillery's own fields. This release was created from a combination of 20 casks: nineteen first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and one ex-Pedro Ximenez cask. Distilled in June, July, and August 2009, it was matured in warehouse 2 and bottled in December 2024 at a 'Fife Strength' of 56.3% ABV. It is the third 15-year-old release from Daftmill and is bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
