Nose
green and yellow fruits tinged with subtly medicinal herbs such as wormwood, then honeycomb, olive oil, sandalwood and lime skin.
Palate
a notch drier than the nose would suggest, with firm peppery notes, dry waxes, herbal teas, beers, camphor and putty. Also cedar wood, crystalised citrus peels and faded notes of very old sweet wines.
Finish
quite long, with slightly bitter lemon and grapefruit notes, sunflower oil, putty, vase water and crisp green apple.
