Description

Daftmill Farmhouse was granted a license in 2003, with its first distillation in December 2005. As an independent distiller, owner Francis Cuthbert aims to produce a light Lowland whisky. The distillery operates during quiet farming seasons, and all barley is grown on Daftmill Farm. This is a single cask release, cask #96, distilled in 2011 and bottled in January 2025 exclusively for Royal Mile Whiskies. It was matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask.
