Description

An official Lowland single malt Scotch whisky from the Cuthbert family's Daftmill farm distillery in Fife. Distilled in December 2012 from Concerto barley harvested in September 2011, this Winter Batch Release was matured in seven first fill ex-bourbon barrels and five first fill ex-Oloroso and PX hogsheads before being bottled in February 2026 as a limited edition of 3,475 bottles.

Candlewax with an outstanding chalkiness, delicate fruitiness and subtle floral notes, alongside hints of red berries, nectarines, yellow plums, burlap, and hazelnuts.
Palate
Coating mouthfeel and wonderfully fruity with a slight mineral edge, showing tangerines, orange zest, kiwi lime tart, honeysuckle, leafy elements, and white pepper.
Finish
Medium length with a touch of grass-like bitterness followed by sweet fruits and barley sugar.
