Palate
Freshly grated ginger up front, coffee beans, balsamic vinegar, dark chocolate mousse, and cherry jam with a viscous mouthfeel.
Finish
Long and chocolatey, with a little burnt brown sugar right at the end, cinnamon danish pastries, brown butter, and copper.
