Description

Distilled on 21 June 2007 at Dailuaine Distillery, this 16-year-old single malt was matured initially in ex-bourbon hogsheads before finishing in 1st fill PX hogshead and 1st fill Oloroso quarter casks. Bottled by The Scotch Malt Whisky Society as Society Cask No. 41.177 titled 'Dancing with Summer' from a small-batch marrying of two casks with an outturn of 431 bottles at a natural cask strength of 56.6% ABV.
