Nose
Pears in syrup, red apples, apricots, honey melon, old oranges, caramel.
Palate
The texture is a little monotonous, although some spices offer themselves with a little restraint. Stone fruits, peach and pear, oranges, honey, apricots, old toasted and caramelized wood, a small herbaceous hint on a canvas of stale sherry.
Finish
Apple compote, forgotten old sherry and tropical fruits accompanied by good spices.
