Captivating Single Malt assembled with 3 cask finishes: full, rich, with great charm. Bursting with ripe plums and berries with hints of sweet spices. Beautifully orchestrating the influences of first fill ex-bourbon, aged Tawny Port (10 years old) and exclusive Matusalem sherry cask (30 years old) finishes. This harmonious expression offers vibrant, tangy fruit notes of dried cranberry, orange peel, and cherry chocolate, complemented by dark berry compote and stewed plums. Subtle leathery oak, creamy barley, and buttered shortbread add depth, while the finish brings a balance of woody anise, clove, silky caramel, and rich oaken vanilla.

Finish
Woody anise and clove balanced by silken caramel, plenty of oaken vanilla, chewy liquorice, medium-long with sweet and sour notes, a slight bitterness towards the dry end, and hints of liquorice, caramel, honey, and a pleasantly spicy warmth.
