The Dalmunach 7 Year Old 2016/2023 PX Cask is an exciting bottling from independent bottler Murray McDavid, known for exceptional cask maturations and bold flavor combinations. Distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2023, this Single Malt initially matured classically before receiving its finish in selected Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. These casks impart intense fruitiness, dark sweetness, and depth, perfectly complementing Dalmunach's modern, fresh distillery character. Bottled at 48.5% vol., in natural color and non-chill filtered, it presents itself authentically and unadulterated. This release is part of the Benchmark series and is limited to 2,062 bottles.
